Like many others who try fermentation, we have been surprised by how easy and safe it can be to ferment delicious foods. This ancient form of cooking has become mystified over time, but we want to help shed a light on the magic of microbes. In particular, as they provide a method of cooking which is more environmentally friendly than many common practices.
In order to raise awareness of fermentation, Fermentorskab will be placing “fermentation libraries” around Aarhus, printing informational materials, as well as providing a series of free workshops in local venues.
